Sauipe ships orders from Monday to Friday, except on holidays.

Orders placed after 4 PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.

Here are the rates for all U.S. delivery addresses:

• orders under $150: $10, USPS
• orders $150 and above: FREE, USPS
• UPS Ground - $20
• UPS Next Day - $60
• UPS 2nd Day - $40

Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Yes, we offer international shipping using United States Postal Service. Here are the rates:

• order value up to US $300 - $35
• order value between US $300 and $600 - $50
• order value over $600 - $120

Customers are responsible for all customs fees at the destination. Sauipe is not responsible for items not delivered by local post offices or not claimed at customs.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. All our items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Sale items can only be exchanged for another size, style, or store credit.

Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

We inspect every single item before we ship, to guarantee it is in perfect conditions. However, human mistakes can happen.

Please check your swimsuit upon arrival and within 14 days of delivery, prior to wearing it. If you find any manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting info@sauipeswim.com .

The suit must be in its original conditions: not worn, not washed, with all tags, labels and protectors intact.

Yes, we offer FREE RETURNS on U.S. orders of $150 and over.

If the original order is less than $150, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes. Returns or exchanges can only be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Once we email the return label to you, the item must be returned within 5 business days, or the return will not be accepted, and the item will be considered a final sale.

Refunds will be issued no later than 21 calendar days from when we receive the return in our office.

No exceptions will be made.

Please send an email to info@sauipeswim.com with your original order number, your name, address, phone number, and the reason for return.

We will email you a prepaid return label, which is the equivalent of an RA>

Yes. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn, soiled, washed, or had their tags or protective labels removed or damaged.

Returned items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or have tags/labels/protectors missing will will be disposed of by our staff or returned to the customer.

If you choose to have your item returned to you, you are responsible for the shipment cost.

We will email you if the retuns is not accepted.

If you'd like to exchange for another item or size, please describe that in your email to info@sauipeswim.com, providing details such as style, color, and size(s).

If the order is over $150, shipping is free for ONE EXCHANGE only.
